Reformer Strength

Level: Intermediate

Build serious strength with reformer resistance work, free weights, and booty bands. This class pushes your limits and helps you create a defined, powerful physique.

Open Reformer

Practice independently during this instructor-free session. Open to experienced members only—must have taken at least three reformer classes and understand Pilates basics.
